Two ways in. One Standard to live by.
Tier one
The Signature Check-in
A six-to-eight-week engagement. Two perspectives — Connoisseur and Guest. A substantial findings document, delivered in person, walked through line by line. By itself it is enough to act on for the year.
Tier two
The Signature Standard
A continuous annual partnership. Four pulses, the Compass updated quarterly, working sessions with the owner, and the Annual Review — a one-day reckoning where either party can walk away. Available only after the Check-in.
Engagements begin with a Dual Qualification. We assess every house. Every house assesses us. Most engagements never start.
